Positions

  • Fundraising

    This position is responsible for raising money through fundraisers and concessions.

    We are looking for someone who has new and fresh ideas that can help lead us to achieving all our goals for the baseball program. :)

  • Marketing

    This position is responsible for accruing and promoting sponsorships and creating and selling merchandise.

    We are looking for someone who is creative, maybe a little artistic, and is good with people.

  • Communications

    This position is responsible for relaying all communications to our baseball families and the community through all of our communication lines.

    We are looking for someone who has ideas on how we can be more active through our social media platforms. Someone who is creative and either has worked with creating Canva’s before, or is willing to learn, and it well written.

  • Secretary

    This position is responsible for maintaining and updating all records. They manage the fall and spring mentorship programs with the elementary schools.

    We are looking for someone who is very organized.

  • Treasurer

    This person is responsible for all monies that go in and out of the club and maintaining accurate records. They are also responsible for tracking the budget and making sure that we are on track throughout the year.

    We are looking for someone who is trustworthy and good with math. :)

If you are interested in nominating yourself to become a candidate or nominating another to become a candidate for the 2025-2026 Baseball Booster Club season, please complete the Officer Nomination Form by May 1st.  

After receiving and reviewing all the nominations, the nominating committee will submit the recommended Officer candidates for the 25-26 season for membership to vote during our May 6th meeting.  

Please note that you may nominate yourself or another for ANY board position - not just the ones listed above.
